From day one, we’ve always aimed to provide delicious food, prepared and served by outstanding people, all underpinned by a sustainable, ethical approach to business.

Our founders, Wendy Bartlett and Ian Mitchell, gave us much more than our initials. They created a contract catering company that genuinely respects and values its clients and its team, and keeps a deep love of food at the heart of its operations.

These principles live on, as the next generation leads the company. Joint Managing Directors Angus Brydon and Antony Prentice continue Wendy and Ian’s legacy of investing in strong, long-term relationships with our clients and supplier partners. When you work with us, you’ll soon experience our belief in the personal touch – how our business is all about partnership.

And our words are matched by measurable actions, helping us become the only contract caterer to achieve Ecovadis Gold, the first to achieve Planet Mark certification, and the first to be named the Sustainable Restaurant Association’s ‘Sustainable Caterer of the Year’ three years in succession.

We serve 40,000 customers every day, in nearly 100 UK locations. And these numbers are set to grow, with the backing and resources of the WSH group, where we operate independently alongside other leading hospitality brands. Most importantly, our focus on building fruitful partnerships has earned us a 98 per cent client-retention rate, reflecting the effectiveness of our flexible, tailored catering services – which we provide for businesses across a broad range of sectors, including finance, legal, education, media, health and technology.
