Delivering exceptional food experiences
At the European headquarters of a global leader in real-estate investment and development, we cater for over 200 professionals daily. Managing an extensive property portfolio across numerous cities and countries, our customers here are both extremely busy and highly discerning. Our role is to enhance their operations by providing custom-designed lunches and outstanding hospitality, all delivered-in from our off-site Atelier kitchen in London’s Millbank.
Helping the company fulfil its commitment to sustainability is a big part of our brief. In the restaurant, our award-winning chefs create menus with seasonally inspired, sustainably sourced ingredients, and the speciality coffee bar serves Perkee Soppexcca Fairtrade coffee and Perkee Santo Organic coffee – for just £1 a cup, which is donated to charity. For fine dining and event catering, we tailor every detail to our client’s specific needs, appealing to the tastes and preferences of a global client base.
Supporting wellness ambitions
Our client’s city-centre offices support hybrid working and offer a diverse range of spaces for different activities, including a landscaped rooftop terrace. Health and wellbeing are essential to the design, and our exceptional food vision aligns with this – the snacks, drinks and fruit we serve comply with the requirements for WELL certification. Our client has achieved WELL Platinum accreditation, showing that all aspects of the workplace meet extremely high standards for human health.
Delicious food delivered
As our client’s building has limited facilities, we prepare the food in our off-site Atelier kitchen in London’s Millbank, and our on-site team finishes, presents and serves it. To ensure continuity and preserve our understanding of their specific requirements, we have assigned three chefs dedicated to our client. They meticulously design and prepare meals and snacks, with additional support from members of the Atelier kitchen team for high-volume hospitality events.
We provide delivered-in lunches twice a week, and all the food for meetings, Board breakfasts and client entertaining. Often, we’ll create evening fine-dining events for up to 150 people, indoors or on the terrace, including Champagne receptions. In good weather, the terrace is also the perfect venue for VIP barbecues.
