Adapting catering for hybrid working
With employees splitting their time between home and the office, companies that didn’t traditionally have a restaurant or any on-site catering facilities are now approaching us to provide a catering solution. Businesses want options that cater for hybrid working while still delivering quality food experiences. This is where BM Caterers’ Atelier delivered-in catering shines. Atelier provides fresh, high-quality meals that can be tailored to demand. Whether it’s a team lunch, client meeting, or an all-hands day, Atelier’s flexible catering ensures that food is available when and where it’s needed.
Atelier provides delivered meals on-site from Tuesday to Thursday for upwards of 150 people, scaling up to 400. Each client has their own dedicated chef at our Atelier Kitchen. The chef also visits the client site to serve meals directly, which creates a more personalised and engaging experience.
Pop-up street food and grab-and-go
For companies without permanent on-site catering facilities, pop-up street food and grab-and-go options offer a smart alternative. These temporary or semi-permanent setups create an inviting workplace environment, making it easier to encourage teams to come together in the office. Offering great coffee, fresh pastries, and nutritious, tasty meals in a convenient format gives employees a compelling reason to swap their home desks for the office.
Food as an employee benefit
Beyond convenience, businesses are also recognising the value of food as a tool for engagement and retention. In addition subsidised or free meals can be a meaningful perk that enhances company culture without significant operational changes. Moreover by investing in workplace dining, businesses will support employee wellbeing and foster connection and collaboration—key ingredients for a thriving hybrid workforce.
As no investment in a kitchen or catering equipment is required, we handle everything, bringing our own team and resources.
