his pathway is for you if you have a passion for providing excellent customer service. It offers a structured progression to develop skills, take on increasing responsibilities, and ultimately lead front-of-house operations.
A full company induction is followed by a Customer Service or Hospitality apprenticeship. You’ll work in a variety of BM locations, and have training opportunities in a range of skill areas, including communication, finance and customer experience. Throughout, you’ll build your own personal and professional development plan, as you progress towards your chosen role – which could be anything from Team Leader, Hospitality Supervisor or Head Barista, to Departmental Manager or Site Manager.
