If you’re interested in how hospitality businesses work, and what makes them successful, our Operations and Management career pathway is for you.
This pathway is ideal if you want to develop strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills, and are willing to take on diverse responsibilities, work across different functions, and help BM keep improving.
After your induction, you’ll gain experience across the wider business, working at different locations. Many of our clients are well-known businesses in media and entertainment, as well as major financial and legal firms, so you could find yourself working for some famous names.
You’ll meet senior managers in BM to talk about your experiences, and work closely with our Operations team, overseeing and implementing projects. This pathway also includes leadership training and opportunities to develop into a range of roles, such as Operations Manager, Account Director, Procurement Manager or Group Manager.
