An apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to start work straight after your school exams ā rather than going to college or university. You can gain valuable qualifications, and earn a salary at the same time.
We provide opportunities to study a wide range of hospitality-related NVQ courses. As well as front-of-house and kitchen activities, these also cover management, including leadership, supervision, operational management and business administration.
Courses range from educational levels 2 to 5 (undergraduate degree level). They typically last between 12 and 24 months, depending on the subject and level you study. Entry requirements include a minimum of three years as a European resident, along with a pre-assessment in Maths and English, where youāll need to achieve an entry level 3 (GCSE grade D).
Our apprenticeships are a great way to build your skills and knowledge, and to start achieving your career ambitions. If you think this might be for you, please email [email protected] and weāll contact you to arrange an initial assessment.
āI completed the practical Cookery apprenticeship, fully funded by BM, and it gave me the confidence to apply for a Chef position. With BM's support, I became a Relief Chef Manager, gaining invaluable experience across different kitchens. When the Chef Manager role opened up, I jumped at the chance.ā
