Business Development Manager

Having gained my sales experience in hospitality and contract catering, I’ve always sold services rather than tangible products. I like to take a consultative approach, offering solutions to meet clients’ objectives, and building great relationships. I think that’s why many clients have followed me from one company to another – they know they can rely on me to do what I say I will.

When I joined BM Caterers, I immediately felt like a member of the family. The team gave me a fantastic, warm welcome, and I love the culture! Before this, I worked in sales for a number of hospitality businesses, and I did a five-year stint with one of the big contract caterers.

Originally I trained to be a chef – and while I absolutely love cooking, I quickly decided I was more suited to cooking for four than 400! I’m still a total foodie at heart, and I make a mean dark-chocolate mousse. My pavlovas and meringue cakes are also firm favourites.
