Having trained as a chef and grown through the ranks, I understand every aspect of our operations – which makes it much easier to support everyone within BM. Motivating them motivates me! I also enjoy the client-facing side of my role, listening to what’s needed and expected, and responding accordingly. Most importantly, I love working as part of a team – it’s always the best way to come up with new ideas.

I’ve worked in business operations for more than 18 years, with clients from a wide range of industries, such as communications, law, marketing and finance. Six years ago, I was attracted to BM by the openness and the culture of the team. I started here as an operator, progressed to senior operator 12 months later, and became Operations Director in 2023. 

For me, food is about the moment. In the summer it’s barbecues, and in the winter it’s roasts and Brussels sprouts! At weekends, I enjoy cooking for friends – but it has to end with chocolate and dessert wine. It’s all about the right food for the occasion.
